What a month!
I flew from South Africa to Mexico.
I have been providing hands-on fundraising support to the Omidyar Network’s The Tech We Want luminaries, and it has been incredible to watch lightbulbs go off for them left and right. Each day I am blown away by the vision of these incredible leaders who are driving inclusivity, sustainability and responsible innovation.
The small-group Funded with Ease intensive is well underway, and the participants are advancing in leaps and bounds. Watching them put their learning into action to bring in grant $$ is one of my favorite parts of my job.
A new private client in Colombia started this month- they are driving innovation and entrepreneurship on Colombia’s coast.
And I have talked with quite a few organizations interested in working with me in the future— I have 1 private spot opening in April, let me know if you want it!
Looking forward, I am already getting excited for the upcoming Skoll World Forum (April 9-12). You can attend online for FREE, just sign up here by April 6. No joke when I say that the opening session is always the most inspiring, motivating two hours of the year for me. Plus, it is a phenomenal way to hear what funders are talking about and get a sense of what leading NGOs are doing so you can better pitch your work to funders.
